What is sonusMgcpCallAgntDefNotEnt?
This designates whether a particular Call Agent is the 'default notified entity' - the call agent MGCP endpoints will send unsolicited notifications to when no other notified entity has been specified. It defaults to false. Only one call agent per session should normally have this set to true, since it becomes the fallback destination for notify requests.
