What is sonusGwSigTimerEstabish?
This sets, in seconds (default 10), how long the gateway waits for a signal channel to complete establishment before giving up, applying to all of the gateway's signal channels. Shortening it makes the gateway fail over to an alternate path faster when a peer isn't responding.
