Description: The Average BHCA rate in the last one hour
What is sonusAcctBusyHourAttempts?
This value reports the average Busy Hour Call Attempts (BHCA) rate over the last one-hour window. An admin uses this standard telecom capacity metric to understand peak call-handling load on the node, useful for capacity planning and comparing against the platform's rated BHCA capacity. A sonusAcctBusyHourAttempts value approaching the node's rated capacity signals it may be time to plan for additional capacity.
