What is ccT8DECLPMapping?
Controls how the Discard Eligible (DE) bit is mapped to the ATM Cell Loss Priority (CLP) bit on this FRF.8 connection: always force CLP to 0, always force it to 1, or convert it directly from the DE bit (the default).
