Controls how the Discard Eligible (DE) bit from an incoming Q.922 frame is translated to the ATM Cell Loss Priority (CLP) bit on this FRF.5 connection: map DE straight to CLP (frandclp), or always force CLP to 0 or 1 regardless of DE (fronlyclp0/fronlyclp1).
