What is usmDHUserOwnAuthKeyChange?

A control object used by the agent itself to change its own authentication key via a Diffie-Hellman key exchange. It lets a manager rotate the credentials of the currently authenticated SNMP session without needing another user's authorization. An admin logged in as a given SNMPv3 user could SET this object to refresh that same user's own authentication key during a routine credential rotation.
