statSummary

Module: SNMP-UPS-MIB

OID (symbolic): SNMP-UPS-MIB::statSummary

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.3.9999.6.1

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: INTEGER

Access: read-only

Description: A summary of non-critical conditions. Each of the enumerated values are added to compute the value of this object.

What is statSummary?

A bitmask-style summary of non-critical UPS conditions, combining onLine(1), onBypass(2), and replaceBatteries(4) by addition, so an admin can decode the current value to see, for example, that the unit is both online and due for a battery swap.
