What is cabinetStatusDetail?

Read-only bit-field giving the specific reason behind cabinetStatusSummary, e.g. fanFailure(16) or temperatureFailure(32) both indicating the system is heading toward a shutdown, or powerOff(128) simply meaning the cabinet is switched off. This is where an admin looks to find the actual root cause after cabinetStatusSummary flags a cabinet as degraded or in error.
