What is sniHDPartitionStatus?
This bit-field value reports the partition's current state flags, using the same encoding (ACTIVATED, ASSIGNED, READ_ONLY, etc.) as the adapter, device, and media status fields. An admin checks the READ_ONLY bit here to confirm whether a partition is currently mounted writable or read-only.
