What is amonPortInBadHecCells?
Counts cells received on this port with a bad Header Error Control checksum, pointing to a physical-layer fault on that specific link (bad cable, dirty fiber connector, etc.). Because it's scoped to one port, it lets an admin isolate a cabling problem to a single link instead of an entire slot.
