Identifies which set of collected matrix (conversation-pair) statistics this entry belongs to, tying it to the RMON matrixControlEntry with the matching matrixControlIndex; on this switch it corresponds to the slot number. An admin uses it to know which line card's conversation-matrix data a given row came from.
