What is drSmonProtocolDirLCLastChange?
This read-only timestamp is the per-module equivalent of the standard RMON-2 protocolDirLastChange object, reporting the sysUpTime of the most recent change to a specific routing module's protocol directory table. Admins poll this to detect when a module's protocol configuration has changed without needing to walk the entire protocol directory table.
