Description: The value that all bridges use for HelloTime when this bridge is acting as the root. The granularity of this timer is specified by 802.1d/D9 to be 1 second. An agent may return a badValue error if a set is attempted to a value which is not a whole number of seconds.
What is smartViNetStpBridgeHelloTime?
The Hello Time value (100-1000 hundredths of a second, i.e. whole seconds) all bridges on this ViNet will use when this bridge is the Spanning Tree root; a set to a non-whole-second value may be rejected.
