activeCalls
Module: SIP-DS1-MIB
OID (symbolic): SIP-DS1-MIB::activeCalls
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.1751.1.1198.5.1.1.5
Node type: OBJECT-TYPE
Type: INTEGER
Access: read-only
Description: Number of calls which are still progressing at this time by this device server
What is activeCalls?
This read-only value reports how many calls are currently in progress on this Device Server at the moment it is polled. Admins watch it to gauge current load on the server and to detect abnormal spikes that might indicate a call flood or a stuck-call condition. For example, if activeCalls climbs continuously and never drops even during quiet hours, an admin might suspect calls are hanging instead of properly tearing down.
