All other ports of this MultiPath group will be in status STANDBY REMOVE-PORT take a port out of a MultiPath group. It will get its own group A GET always returns 0.

What is sieMPPortCommand?

Sends a command to a specific port: enable, disable, clear-error, make it active (forcing others in the group to standby), or remove-port to split it into its own group; a GET always reads back 0. An admin uses clear-error after fixing a cabling fault to bring a port back into rotation, or active to manually force failover for maintenance.
