What is sieMPGroupCommand?

Sends a command to a MultiPath group: enable/disable load balancing across its ports, enable/disable automatic failback, or reconfigure to rediscover ports; a GET always reads back 0. An admin sets disable-load-balancing to pin I/O to a single active port, or reconfigure after replacing a failed HBA to rebuild the group.
