What is sieStSubsystemStatusValue?
This subsystem's health status, the worst status among all its member components: ok, degraded (redundant component failed or warning), error (severe problem), or unknown (no component has a valid status yet); failed(4) is obsolete. Admins drill into this per-subsystem value when the overall sieStSystemStatusValue reports anything other than ok, to find which subsystem is responsible.
