What is alarmEnable?

This one-byte bit mask controls which of the four analog alarm thresholds, LOLO, LO, HI, and HIHI, are active for the associated property entry. An admin sets individual bits to enable or suppress specific severity levels of alarming on a parameter, and because the object is meant to be kept in non-volatile memory, the setting survives a reboot. For example, setting bit 0 and bit 3 enables only the LOLO and HIHI major-alarm thresholds while leaving the LO and HI minor thresholds disabled.
