What is scspDCSCAFSMState?
Reports the current state of the Cache Alignment finite-state machine for this directly connected server — down, msNego, cacheSumm, cacheUpdate, or aligned — letting an admin see exactly where a peer relationship is stuck if cache sync isn't completing.
