Description: This object represents the number of commands sent by this SCSI initiator port. This object provides support for systems that can quickly generate a large number of commands because they run at high speed. Discontinuities in the value of this counter can occur at re- initialization of the management system.
What is scsiIntrPortHSOutCommands?
A 64-bit version of the outgoing command counter, provided so high-speed initiator ports that generate commands faster than a 32-bit counter can track won't wrap around too quickly. Admins polling very busy HBAs should prefer this counter over the 32-bit scsiIntrPortOutCommands to avoid misleading counter-wrap artifacts.
