Description: This object contains the Ip address (4 byte) and the Community (0 to 31 byte) used in the Traps.
What is trapIpAndCommunity?
An encoded entry combining the destination IP address (4 bytes) and community string (0-31 bytes) used when sending traps to that host. Admins set this to register a specific NMS as a trap recipient.
