What is sc5002NearEndCurrent15MinStat?
This OID returns a 12-byte bitwise-packed snapshot of the current, in-progress, 15-minute near-end performance counters, including Errored Seconds (ES), Severely Errored Seconds (SES), Bursty Block Errors (BBE), and Line Code Violations (LCV). Operators or management software decode these packed fields to see near-real-time line quality for the interval that hasn't yet completed.
