What is saviObjectsBindingState?

This object reports the current lifecycle state of a SAVI binding entry: start, live, detection, query, or bound. Admins use it to see where a given IP-to-MAC binding is in its validation process, useful when troubleshooting why a host's traffic is being filtered or delayed. A state of detection would indicate the device is actively verifying that binding, such as during duplicate address detection, before it can transition to a fully bound and trusted state.
