What is hpicfSavePowerLEDOffAlarmStartTime?

This read-write DateAndTime value sets the scheduled time at which all of the switch's LEDs will be turned off as part of the LED power-save feature. Admins configure it to align LED shutoff with off-hours, such as after building close, to save power without affecting daytime visibility of port status. For example, setting this value to 22:00 would have all switch LEDs go dark starting at 10 PM.
