Description: The total number of RTP packets dropped during the specified session
What is salixRtpStatsPktsDropped?
This counter tracks the total number of RTP packets dropped during a specific RTP session. A rising count is a direct indicator of media quality problems, such as choppy audio or video, for that session. For example, an admin fielding a complaint about poor call quality would check this counter for the affected session to confirm packet loss as the cause.
