What is ipdcLoggerEnable?
This enables or disables logging of IPDC requests and responses to the file ipdclog.txt. An admin enables this temporarily when troubleshooting IPDC signaling issues to capture the full request and response exchange for later analysis. For example, setting this to enabled while diagnosing a connectivity problem with the media controller starts recording all IPDC traffic to ipdclog.txt.
