Description: Severely Errorred Second Ratio
What is modemSeverelyErroredSecondRatio?
This string reports the ratio of severely errored seconds to total seconds over the current count period. An admin treats a rising value in this ratio as a more urgent signal than the ordinary errored-second ratio, since it reflects the frequency of severe, bursty signal degradation rather than milder errors. It's the pre-calculated counterpart to manually dividing modemSeverelyErroredSecond by modemCountTime.
