What is ruckusSystemNTPUpdate?
This read-write integer, when set, triggers the device to refresh its GMT time from the configured NTP server immediately rather than waiting for its normal polling interval. An admin would use it to force an instant resync after changing the NTP server address. It's an action trigger rather than a persistent configuration value.
