Module: RT-CFG-MIB
OID (symbolic): RT-CFG-MIB::nbVifTableSize
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.629.1.50.12.3.1
Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Description: The number of Entries in the VIF Table. Value = 0 says, that VIF Table is not supported.
What is nbVifTableSize?
Reports how many entries exist in the VIF table; a value of 0 means this router doesn't support the VIF table feature at all. Management software can check this first before walking the VIF table, to avoid treating an unsupported device as simply having zero interfaces.
Examples
Walk all instances (SNMPv2c):
snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.629.1.50.12.3.1 snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> RT-CFG-MIB::nbVifTableSize
Get a specific instance (index 1):
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.629.1.50.12.3.1.1 snmpget -v2c -c public <target> RT-CFG-MIB::nbVifTableSize.1
