Description: Enable or disable the binding of an acl to a VIF entry.
What is nbAclVifBindingStatus?
Enables (bind) or disables (unbind) the association between the named access list and this VIF row. Admins set this to bind after configuring nbAclVifAccessListName to actually start filtering traffic on the interface with that ACL.
