Description:

The value of sysUpTime when this control entry was last activated. This can be used by the management station to ensure that the table has not been deleted and recreated between polls.

What is matrixControlCreateTime?

This object records the system uptime timestamp when this monitoring configuration was activated or last recreated. Engineers use this to verify that monitoring rules haven't been reset or deleted between polling intervals, which would invalidate historical comparisons. If the timestamp jumps backward unexpectedly, it indicates the configuration was recreated and baseline statistics may no longer be valid.
