What is hostControlCreateTime?

This timestamp records when the per-host statistics collection was activated, measured in hundredths of a second since probe startup. Engineers verify this to ensure host statistics are actively being gathered and haven't been reset. A gap in the timestamp between polls signals the collection was restarted.
