Description: The value of sysUpTime when this control entry was last activated. This can be used by the management station to ensure that the table has not been deleted and recreated between polls.

What is etherStatsCreateTime?

This timestamp records when the statistics table entry was activated, measured in hundredths of a second since the probe rebooted. Engineers check this to confirm the statistics collection is ongoing and hasn't been reset since the last poll. If the timestamp jumps backward, the table was deleted and recreated.
