Description: The value of sysUpTime when this control entry was last activated. This can be used by the management station to ensure that the table has not been deleted and recreated between polls.

What is channelCreateTime?

This object records the system uptime timestamp marking when this channel configuration was last activated. Operators use this to detect unexpected resets of channel monitoring that would clear baselines and break historical trends. If this timestamp advances without administrative action, the channel configuration may have been automatically reloaded.
