What is alMatrixTopNControlStatus?

This is a control value (active/inactive) that operators use to enable, disable, or delete this entire top-N report configuration. Engineers set it to 'active' to start monitoring or 'destroy' to clean up a report when it's no longer needed. When set to inactive, all associated top-N report entries are automatically deleted by the device.
