What is logRingLambdaStatus?
Reports the health of the wavelength (lambda) carrying this logical ring: noCut(1) is healthy, cut(2) means the lambda has been severed somewhere on the ring, and restored(3) means a prior cut has cleared - the first thing to check when a ring reports a fiber break.
