What is cfgRingRowStatus?

Controls the lifecycle of this ring's configuration row: createAndGo(4)/createAndWait(5) add a new ring, active(1) brings it into service, out-of-service(2) takes it down, and delete(6) removes it. Note the ring must be set to out-of-service before an admin can modify most of its other configuration attributes.
