What is cfgRingEirOverSub?
Sets the oversubscription percentage (100-65000) applied to the Excess Information Rate (EIR, i.e. best-effort) portion of bandwidth allocated on this ring, letting an admin sell or provision more best-effort capacity than the ring physically guarantees, based on expected burst behavior.
