What is mtsS2Frequency?
This reports the live frequency of input Source 2, in tenths of a Hz (e.g. 500 = 50.0 Hz). Admins monitor this against mtsIdentNominalFrequency to catch the backup/secondary feed drifting out of spec before a transfer relies on it.
