What is mtsPhaseDifference?
This reports the phase angle difference, in degrees, between input Source 1 and Source 2. Admins watch this because a large phase difference determines whether the switch can perform a fast synchronized (bumpless) transfer between sources or must fall back to a break-before-make switch.
