What is mtsManTransferS2?
This boolean reports whether a manual transfer command to switch the load onto Source 2 has been issued/is active (1 = yes, 0 = no), as opposed to an automatic failover. Admins use this to distinguish an operator-initiated switch to Source 2 from one triggered by a source fault.
