Description: This identifies the instance of the x25CallParmIndex for the entry in the x25CallParmTable which contains the call parameters in use with this circuit. The entry referenced must contain the values that are currently in use by the circuit rather than proposed values. A value of NULL indicates the circuit is a PVC or is using all the default parameters.
