To create a row in this table, a manager must set this object to either createAndGo(4) or createAndWait(5).
This object may not be active(1) until instances of all other objects are appropriately configured. Its value, meanwhile, is notReady(2).
What is clusterStatus?
Standard RowStatus column for creating or removing a cluster definition; a manager must set it to createAndGo or createAndWait to add a row, and it stays notReady until every other column in the row is properly configured.
