ISDN token Refill Mechanism type - 'disabled' No token mechanism. - 'manual' left for user to refill tokens manually. - 'auto' reset the tokens every day at 23:59.59 - 'refill' refills the tokens. NOTE: In order to set 'manuall and 'auto', isdnParamsTokenRemain must not be -1 (disabled)
