What is rsSonetMediumCircuitIdentifier?

This is a free-text field for recording the transmission carrier's own circuit identifier for this SONET/SDH interface, purely to aid troubleshooting when coordinating with the carrier. Administrators fill this in with the circuit ID the telecom provider uses in their own records, so that when reporting a problem to the carrier, the correct circuit can be referenced immediately without hunting through separate documentation. Setting this object to "CKT-887364-NYC" lets an admin quickly quote that exact identifier when calling the carrier to report a fault on this specific circuit.
