What is rsOspfIfCost?

This is the OSPF cost metric assigned to this specific interface, used by the OSPF shortest-path-first algorithm to determine the preferred path when multiple routes to a destination exist. Administrators lower this value on interfaces they want OSPF to prefer (like a high-bandwidth primary link) and raise it on interfaces meant as backup paths. Setting this object to 65535 on a slow backup link would make OSPF avoid that path unless it's the only route available, rather than leaving it at the default cost of 10.
