What is rsFt1IfLowerIfIndex?
This read-create value identifies the ifIndex of the DS1 interface that the fractional T1 interface is layered over, with zero meaning no layering has been configured. An admin sets this at row creation to bind the new FT1 interface to a specific physical DS1 circuit, since the FT1's allocated time slots must come from that DS1's available DS0 channels.
