What is gmmPsState?
Reports the GPRS Mobility Management Packet-Switched state, governing packet-data registration on GSM/UMTS networks. It's the data-domain counterpart to mmcsState, useful when diagnosing why data service isn't attaching even though voice registration succeeds.
