OID (symbolic): READYNAS-MIB::raidMesg
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.4526.18.403
Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Access: read-only
Description: RAID hotplug event message
What is raidMesg?
This read-only string carries the message text describing a RAID hotplug event on the ReadyNAS device, such as a disk being inserted, removed, or a RAID array rebuilding. An admin reads it to get immediate, human-readable context about a RAID array status change. For example, this might return a message like "Disk removed from Volume data-vol1, RAID degraded", alerting the admin to a disk pull that has reduced redundancy.
