What is rcIPv4ACLDestWildcard?
This object holds the wildcard mask applied to the destination IP address in this ACL rule (the description text reuses the source-address wording but this column governs the destination match). Admins set it together with rcIPv4ACLDestAddr to define the range of destination addresses the rule matches. Setting this to 0.0.0.255 alongside a /24-aligned destination address matches any host within that destination /24 subnet.
